The IPX S6000 products are the server-grade systems in the IPX family. Simton's innovative technologies ensure system and network reliability at both the hardware and software levels. At the top of well known MIPS, DSP, network processors, the IPX S6000 can be used as a soft-switch server to establish an enterprise voice network. The IPX S6000 products are very scalable supporting simultaneous registrations and voice connections from SIP devices such as other Simton IPX, IP telephones, soft phones, and 3rd party SIP terminals (ATA, IAD). The IPX S6000 helps the registered SIP devices to traverse NAT and firewall automatically for voice communication.

The IPX S6000 products have trunk gateway capability supporting PSTN digital E1/TI trunks and VoIP trunks. Call routing policy rules and digit mapping mechanism in IPX S6000 allow redirecting voice call traffic through the selected trunk interfaces.

The IPX S6000 products can be used as voice mail servers and voice conference servers, both of them are optional modules in the IPX S6000. With quick and easy to use WEB GUI, The IPX S6000 products support centralized-management to configure and administrate the registered Simton IPX products in the intranet, which provides both a huge reduction in the maintenance costs and a great jump in efficiency.
